All bookings to be confirmed upon receiving your booking request.
Full payment is required on the day of the appointment, either before departure or upon arrival. Payment can be made via EFTPOS, credit card, cash, or tax invoice.
Please note that whilst your credit card information is required at the time of booking, you will not be charged until after your actual appointment has been completed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Fares: Additional surcharges will apply for bookings prior to 6.00am morning or after 6.00pm at night and also for Public holiday or Special events bookings.
Airport Transfers – Collections/Arrivals: Sammy will monitor your Aircraft before your flight lands and we be in contact via text message to confirm that we are waiting for you at our agreed location to collect you from as normal.
